Processing Time Each lamp is handmade by me — please allow 1-3 business days for me to carefully inspect and pack your order before it ships.

Shipping Time I offer free standard shipping for both domestic and international orders. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 7-12 days (U.S. and international) from the shipment date. Transit times may vary slightly for remote addresses or during peak holiday periods.

Tracking & Notifications As soon as your order leaves my hands you will receive an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery window. Use that tracking link for real-time status updates. If the carrier shows a delay, email me at madebynamaya@gmail.com and I will help investigate.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders) Shipping is free, but international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These fees are imposed by local authorities and are not controlled by or payable to Namaya.
